Solving problems and idea generation.
Problem
The product vision was unclear and everyone involved at the company had different ideas for where the product could pivot as well as different ideas for features we could implement. We wanted to set aside 3-6 months of design and development time, creating a new experience for the product. We wanted to help our users improve at Counter Strike and improve fast without much self analysis.
Solution
To get everyone aligned on a common goal, we started this effort with a design sprint which I facilitated. It was done remotely using Miro and took a couple days to complete.
